These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of any online mentorships, workshops, private tuition or digital learning materials provided through Watercolour Mastery.
By booking a course, workshop or private lesson, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Watercolour Mastery
Watercolour Mastery provides online watercolour education for adults through:
- Live online mentorships
- Watercolour workshops
- Private one-to-one tuition
- Demonstrations
- Digital learning resources
- Downloadable materials
All tuition is personally delivered by Anne-Marie Bond unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking & Payment
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers.
Course places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been completed.
3. Course Information
Every effort is made to ensure course descriptions, dates, times and content are accurate. Occasionally, small adjustments may be necessary to improve the learning experience.
Watercolour Mastery reserves the right to make reasonable changes to:
- lesson content
- course structure
- teaching materials
- course dates
- class duration
Where significant changes are necessary, students will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Live Online Classes
Courses are delivered live online using Zoom unless otherwise stated.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have:
- a suitable internet connection
- access to Zoom
- appropriate art materials
- a quiet learning environment
Technical issues beyond our control cannot always be accommodated.
5. Replay Recordings
Where replay recordings are provided, they are offered as an additional learning resource and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated within the course description.
Replay recordings are normally available for the period advertised for that particular course. Access may be limited and recordings may be removed after the stated viewing period.
Replay recordings are provided solely for the personal educational use of enrolled students.
6. Student Conduct
Watercolour Mastery is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful and supportive learning environment.
Students are expected to:
- treat others with kindness and respect
- avoid disruptive behaviour
- respect differing abilities and learning styles
- follow reasonable instructions during live sessions
Watercolour Mastery reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour is considered abusive, offensive, threatening or disruptive. No refund will be issued where removal is necessary due to unacceptable conduct.
7. Private Tuition
Private tuition is tailored to the individual student's needs.
Session dates and times will be agreed in advance.
Where a student is unable to attend a scheduled lesson, reasonable notice should be provided. Requests to rearrange appointments will be considered wherever possible but cannot always be guaranteed.
8. Learning Outcomes
Every student learns at a different pace.
While Watercolour Mastery provides expert tuition, guidance and encouragement, individual progress depends upon personal practice, attendance and commitment.
No guarantee can be given regarding a student's artistic progress or specific results.
9. Certificates
Where certificates are offered, they recognise successful participation or completion of the relevant course. Watercolour Mastery reserves the right to determine whether the published completion requirements have been met before issuing a certificate.
10. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Anne-Marie Bond unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to:
- live demonstrations
- replay recordings
- handouts
- downloadable resources
- course notes
- presentations
- photographs
- artwork
- reference images
- videos
- website content
These materials are provided solely for your own personal learning. They must not be:
- copied
- reproduced
- redistributed
- uploaded elsewhere
- sold
- shared with others
- incorporated into another course
- used to teach others without prior written permission.
11. Recording Classes
Students may not record, photograph, screen capture or reproduce any live class or replay recording without prior written permission. This helps protect the learning experience and the intellectual property of Watercolour Mastery.
12. Copyright
All artwork, logos, branding, written content, images and teaching materials displayed on this website are protected by copyright. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
13. Website Use
You agree not to:
- misuse the website
- attempt unauthorised access
- introduce malicious software
- interfere with website security
- use website content unlawfully
14. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate information and high-quality tuition, Watercolour Mastery accepts no liability for:
- interruptions to online services beyond our control
- technical failures affecting third-party platforms
- loss of internet connection
- equipment failures
- indirect or consequential losses
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful.
15. Force Majeure
Watercolour Mastery shall not be liable for delays or cancellation resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- severe weather
- illness
- power failure
- internet outages
- government restrictions
- natural disasters
Where reasonably possible, alternative arrangements or rescheduled sessions will be offered.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
