When you purchase a course, workshop or private tuition, you are purchasing a personal licence to learn, not ownership of the teaching materials.

• Download resources where specifically permitted.
• Create your own artwork using the techniques taught.
• Refer back to your notes and learning materials for your own personal development.

Without prior written permission from Anne-Marie Bond, you may not:

• Share replay recordings with others.
• Upload videos to websites or social media.
• Record live Zoom classes.
• Sell or distribute course resources.
• Share downloadable handouts.
• Reproduce teaching demonstrations.
• Use Watercolour Mastery materials to teach your own classes.
• Remove copyright notices or branding.
• Claim Watercolour Mastery content as your own work.

Any artwork you create during or after your studies remains your own original work.

You are encouraged to:

• Display it.
• Share it on social media.
• Exhibit it.
• Sell your finished artwork if you wish.

Where appropriate, a credit such as:

"Created following tuition with Anne-Marie Bond, Watercolour Mastery."

is always appreciated but is not required.

Students may not:

• Record live classes.
• Screen record demonstrations.
• Photograph replay videos for redistribution.
• Copy teaching materials for others.
• Share login details or course access.

Replay recordings are provided solely for the personal educational use of enrolled students.

The artwork, demonstrations, videos, written content and teaching materials provided through Watercolour Mastery may not be copied, scraped, downloaded or otherwise used for the training, development or improvement of artificial intelligence, machine learning models or similar technologies without the prior written permission of Anne-Marie Bond.

All content published on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and artwork, is protected by copyright.
