Refund Policy

Your place on a course or workshop is reserved once full payment has been received.

As class sizes are intentionally kept small to provide a high-quality learning experience, each booking represents a reserved space that is no longer available to another student.

If you purchase a course online, you may have the right to cancel your booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your course has not yet started and you have not accessed any digital course materials, you may cancel within 14 days of booking and receive a full refund.

However, by purchasing a course that begins within the 14-day cancellation period or by accessing digital course materials before that period expires, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory cancellation rights may be affected in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

Once a live course has commenced, refunds cannot normally be offered.

This is because your place has been reserved, teaching has begun, and course materials and resources have been made available.

Please ensure you are able to attend before booking.

If you are unable to attend a live session, we are unfortunately unable to provide refunds for missed classes.

Where replay recordings are included as part of the course, these may be made available for the advertised viewing period.

Replay recordings are provided as an additional learning resource and should not be considered a replacement for attending live whenever possible.

Private tuition appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to rearrange a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible.

Appointments cancelled with sufficient notice will normally be rearranged to a mutually convenient date.

Appointments cancelled at short notice or missed without prior notification may be forfeited at Anne-Marie Bond's discretion.

In the unlikely event that Watercolour Mastery has to cancel a course or workshop before it begins, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or
• the opportunity to transfer your booking to a future course where appropriate.

Requests to transfer to another course or intake will be considered wherever reasonably possible.

Transfers cannot be guaranteed and will depend upon availability and the timing of the request.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise.

Where serious illness, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances occur, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot always be guaranteed, every request will be considered with fairness, compassion and on an individual basis.

Where digital resources, downloadable materials or replay recordings form part of a course, these are supplied for your personal educational use only.

Once access has been provided, refunds may not be available where this would be inconsistent with UK consumer legislation relating to digital content.

Where a refund has been approved, it will normally be made using the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, although many are processed sooner depending on your payment provider.
